[Resolved] Panasonic — wrong remote in led box | |||
I have brought one LED of PANASONIC from VIJAY SALES on 16/1/2014 at exhibition counter in BKC model no THL24XM60D on full cash payment. They send me on 13/1/14 delivery after two days the technision came to hang on wall they tell me that u r remote is not suitable for this model u just call on this number. they change it. know i start calling to customer service the list is below date time reply 14/1/14 11.00am sir very soon you got 15/1/14 2.20pm sir work in progress please wait. 15/1/14 3.30pm sir today before 4pm you got. 16/1/14 11.15am sir we have send mail please wait. 16/1/14 2.25pm sir please wait 17/1/14 2.45 pm sir our executive is on the way 100% you get today.you complain no is 097804 you can check my phone calls in the system and every time i recived a thanx sms 17/1/14 4.15pm my friend all so talk with executive but nothing happen 18/1/14 executive reply me that we are checking where the mistake is happen please wait. 20/1/14 i put an complain in mahim police regarding this matter but nothing happen. than i call on[protected] on 21/1/14 at 2.16pm after two hours i recivd a call from panasonic "that sir we are not responsible for that remote do what ever you want " after one hour i recived a thanx smes from panasonic company i have all orignel bill and warrenty card.
