The company is very poor to buy any flat do not purchase if they donot follow rules . The noc charges for transfer things are done illegally . These kind of builders don't bother for most things . Even their contact numbers not working no one will care for you so please avoid buying any property...

I moved in Panchsheel Wellington crossing republic in october 21 and till date I have not been given any parking.I spoke to Awdesh manager maintainence but he is least bothered contacted GM Arun as well who seems less interested too....

I have purchased two plots in Panchsheel Park through middleman in 2017. Now whenever I try to contact the company on the numbers given in website their numbers go un-answered. Despite my best efforts I am unable to reach them....
