I booked a 2BHK flat 405, type 2 B/R on 4th floor in block 5&6 in panchsheel wellington crossing republik ghaziabad. Agreement date is 20th November 2009. Super area of the flat is 1050 sq feet.
At the time of booking, the builder promised the possession in 3 years and now it has already delayed by more than a year. When i asked about the probable possession date at the corporate office, they are not answering in a proper manner. I am in a big trouble as I have already paid maximum amount for the flat and I am paying heavy EMI to HDFC. At the same time, I am getting burdened with rent to live in delhi. I am also not sure if they will provide the penalty in full and final for Rs. 5/- per sq feet as per the agreement.
Please advise me how can this be resolved ASAP.
