[Resolved]  Panchsheel Wellington — Builder - Complaint against Builder Panchsheel Wellington Ghaziabad U.P. for Cheating us

Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked flat in 2011 in Panchsheel Wellingtone Crossing republic Ghaziabad, They told at the time of booking we will be hand over flat in next year only, and Axis bank will provide load, because this project approved and listed in Axis bank. But after 2 year we have not got this flat and now builder saying above 10th flour flat not approved by GDA. May I know why are not given proper information, and how without approval Axis bank provided loan on the same. Please guide what need to do for the same GM
