[Resolved]  Pankaj — balance deducted automatically

My balance has been deducted from Rs 111 to ZERO without any justification nor i'm able to reach any customer care number. I tried dialling 198 and *333 many a times but there always been a computer voice on the phone which eventually hung the call after saying thank you for calling reliance. My Reliance no: is [protected]. Therefore, It is a humble request to at least tell the reasons for sudden erroneous deduction of balance.
