Dear sir, I had purchased a bag git bag from pantaloon, infinity mall, malad west, mumbai. I was out of town so i was unable to check my bag. I used only one times. When i returned i checked the bag. It was some spot and leather was some defect. My husband goes to pantaloon office to exchange the product. They where not ready to return. As per my knowledge there norms are we can exchange products within one months. And i was exchanging within one months. Please help me out to return my bag.
