Pantaloons — Bad behaviour of workers(Diamond Plaza, Kolkata) | |||
Sir/Madam, I along with my mother had visited the pantaloons store at Diamond Plaza, Dumdum, Kolkata on 17th April 2015 around 7:30. After we redeemed our payback points we went to the billing counter and were told that due to some technical faults the billing was getting delayed.We waited for half and hour and were still not provided with any solution.When my mother asked them for a solution the behaviour of the workers at the billing counter was unacceptable.they ignored us for the greater part of our stay at the store.The store manager asked us to leave without the bill.He literally used the words "you can leave".This ordeal went on for 20 minutes. When we asked for atleast a written proof incase we needed to exchange the piece of clothing.We were made to wait for another 15 minutes and then were produced with the bill as we were about to leave. Technical faults in a store can be accepted.But behaviour of this sort at a place where the main concern is customer service is simply not accepted.Not only did they have a very bad attitude, it was almost insulting.For a fault that was entirely their own.For which they could have asked for time politely without the behaviour that we had to face. I have been a regular customer of pantaloons for more than 10 years now.I have been to several outlets.I did not have to face such behaviour from the staffs from any other outlet.It was disapointing to face such behaviour.
