[Resolved] Pantaloons — Degraded Apparel Quality | |||
Hi. I have purchased Lee Cooper Jeans from Pantaloons from DB City Bhopal. When I wore it first time the fabric got tiered seems either to be a manufacturing defect or degraded fabric used. The detail of invoice is 14/21238, 1298 in Aug 2014. I travel frequently that’s why unable to exchange immediately. When I went to Pantaloons DB city Bhopal in my next visit in Dec 2014 they deny to exchange stating that the exchange policy term is 3 month. I just want to state that if a customer is travelling and not able to exchange then is there not any flexibility to exchange? Secondly if you have the policy for 3 month exchange then do not sell degraded/ substandard product as it create a bad image of the company. This type of apparel quality and customer service is not expected from pantaloons. If you can’t provide good quality and service then at least you should not sell degraded quality product as it affect customer.
