I purchased two shirts and two pants from pantaloon showroom at Allahabad on 26th Jan, 2016 on offer Buy 1 Get 1 through my 7 star Green card No: [protected] vide retail invoice No: 7857575 dated:26/01/2016. As per the terms & conditions told by Salesman the amount for shirts and Pants will be charged as MRP of the higher one.However on billing counter the things happened in different manner i.e. the amounts of two pants was charged making free for the two shirts as violation of the terms and conditions. The customer care at showroom also denied to adjust the bill by saying that due to system error it happened and we are unable to settle the case. On next day they told us that the offer was valid till 26/01/2016 and nothing can be done on 27/01/2016. Our plea is that I purchased the material on 26 and payment was made on the same day, now if something has gone wrong due to official procedure, why we should suffer. I request the competent authorities to please look into the matter at the earliest As being the regular customer of the company such type of bad dealing I have never expected.Please do the needful at the earliest.
