Our understanding of your query: You have credit note of Rs.700/- that was issued on 25th August, you have lost the credit note and want an exception.
To provide a resolution to your query we spoke with the relevant team, here is what they shared:
• We would like to inform that as per credit note redemption policy –In order to redeem a credit note, the customer needs to retain and submit the hard copy of the credit note and the credit note must be in a readable condition with the 30 days from the date of issue.
