Pantaloons Fashion & Retail — Irresponsible and rude behavior of your staff namely Riya Das.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a customer of your store since you have opened a stora at Gariahat Pantaloon, Kolkata.
Now I am a regular customer and also a continuous seven star member of your store. I am also having a insignia membership card.

I am writing to you to make you aware of the irresponsible and rude behavior of your staff namely Riya Das. Photo enclosed

I would like to register a complaint about the behavior of one of the staff Riya Das who is working as an executive of customer Service Desk at South City Mall, Kolkata.

I was informed by your store about the preview of sales and requested to visit your pantaloon store at Southcity mall, kolkata for take the opportunity as a valuable Customer.
On that basis my wife has gone to your store on 14th July, 2021 which is at South City Mall, Kolkata to purchase garments.

I was informed at the billing section that my insignia was expired on 28th June, 2021. I request that to extend the period as your store was closed so many days due to the Lockdown and we couldn't utilise the same though we have paid the fees of Insignia membership. The person requested politely to meet the customer desk, they may do so. Accordingly my wife has visited to the Customer Service Desk and requesting to extend the time since we could not purchase due to lock down.

But she is not interested to listen anything, first she told that store was closed only for 10 days, then told 10-15 days and again told less then 1 month. When I requested I have paid the membership fees for insignia membership and I couldn't not purchase due to lock down and as per your view it can be extended 1 month.
But she behaves as if I am begging for this and she is the boss of the stores and I am the employee under her and she misbehaved me told rudely without listening anything. She told give a complain, I will take action.

I don't know who is she to take action and against whom she will take action.

So I am totally disappointed with the behaviour of your staff.
I have purchased the garments and I have to pay 10% extra since I can not use the insignia membership card.

So far my knowledge the person of the customer service desk are to help the customers and guide the customers. But Riya Das is not a fit candidate to be a employee of Customer Service desk at all.

I request you to issue me a credit note of those amount and also take appropriate action against Riya Das and also I need a apology letter from Riya Das immediately for her behaviour towards my wife.

I am waiting for a quick reply from your end.
