I am repeatedly calling and emailing pantaloons customer care for my order no 3513406 placed on 5th july 2020 has not yet been delivered to me. When i called customer care, its always on waiting and never reach to any executive. It's been more than 25 days and still i did not receive any product nor did they bother to refund rs 2188. On pantaloons website on my order page it is being displayed that order no 3513406 is under processing and no option to track product delivery status. This is very much unexpected of pantaloons. I don't need this order any more. Kindly return my money back. Was this information helpful? | |
