On 4 th Jun I ordered a yellow top but received a without tag blue shirt from Pantaloons.
Now since Jun 12 I am trying to return it and take my refund. But deliberately Pantaloons send wrong item image to its pickup agent and say item can't be returned as doesn't match the photo.
Pantaloons is cheating me as customer l wrote several emails, called customer care number 10 times but no action.
