[Resolved]  Pantaloons — Resolve My Complaint

With grave seriousness, I regretfully inform you about the mal quality product of Pantaloon Pvt. Ltd. I purchased shirt from Retail Invoice Pantaloon, Near Law Garden, Ahmadabad of Rs 629 on 15 Th august 2014 of BARE LEISURE company. In the first plain water wash following all the washing care procedure given by the company, the shirt was found spotted, wear and tear and wasted all lusture looking old and worn-out product. My request to you is that being the esteemed and fair customer of Pantaloon Pvt. Ltd., I will surely receive my money refunded or exchange of my shirt with new one. I am sure the solution will be given without much toil and harassment, considering the customer satisfaction a prime concern.
