I have taken sbi health insurance before 2 years at sindhavadar branch, i was 1 time renwe my police, then i feel urine problem and i have hospitilaize on 27/02/2016, and after complite my hospitilazation i have discharge on 04/03/2016 then i have visit my home branch for mediclaim and as per requirement i have submit all related original documents and send mail but they are declare new query every time and they are not clear my claim, and also i have many time visit my home branch and also sbi general health insurance branch office in rajkot but they are not given any kind of proper resolution and answer so i need your help so please help me my all details are below My name:- dipak vamja Mo: - [protected] E-mail:- [protected]@yahoo.com Claim no: - 3108100 Policy no:[protected] Member id:- sbig3005384 Start date:- 20/10/2015 Sbi general health insurance Was this information helpful? | |||

I am employee of soma rodies tollway before 3month l do labour operation our wife and all original documents send the medical insurance company but he didn't give me my mediclaim amount my phs ID. 24146822 and employee ID was va00893 plz sir help me arjently
