Sir, Paramount started a project named floraville at Noida Sector-137, I booked a flat In 2011 at Jasmine Tower, flat N0-901 on allotment letter Paramount assured that they will handover this flat within 30 month time from the date of my booking, Now It is the end of 2015, in April 2015 company has demanded whole flat price and give a offer of possession but flat was not ready when I asked for flat they told that we are going to start registry and at the time of registry we give the physical possession of the flat and will ready at that time, after a long request now on November-2015 Registry has been done but still I am waiting for physical possession of the flat and delay interest. But daily a new connivance is listening. Please help me. In the matter courts cases were also filed by some consumers. It is a fraudulent Builder. As per allotment letter dated 6/7/2011 paramount have to give me possession within 30 month of its issuance i.e. before December 2013 and as per PARA-28 of Allotment letter dated 6/7/2011 paramount ensure that "That in case the company is unable to construct the apartment other than the reason beyond the control of builder, within stipulated time, after exceeding the grace period of 3 months, the company will compensate the Allottee(s) for delayed period @Rs.5/-per sq.ft per month subject to regular and timely payments by the Allottee(s)." My all payments are regular and timely. So you are again requested for immediate payment of compensation for delay in handling over my flat to me without any further delay.
