Paramount Tpa — Delay in claim settlement as same documents is being demanded again and again

Sir,

I had suffered a serious covid 19 phenomenon in the month of may this year and l have already submitted the medical documents with required forms and formats but I am being harassed as everytime the same documents is asked as a deficiency.
Doctor has already signed every documents with her seal and still I am being asked about her degree and qualification.
I have already submitted all bills in originals where it clearly states money receipt. But still I am asked for the same documents again and again.
Now me being not so healthy feeling harassed by your company.
Kindly look into the matter or I will be writing to PMO and Ombudsman and further I may go with legal proceedings if I am not heard.
