After a lot of study i had finalised baleno to be my first car but my entire experience of having a car got ruined up because of this dealership. It seems they are running a scam wherein they commit you something and later on turn down all the commitments and charge you with allegations.
It all started when a guy from this dealership landed up at my place. He finalised the deal at certain price which was agreed by both o[censored]s. We had finalised to buy two cars from the dealership. After collecting first cheque of booking amount the dealership stopped picking up my phone and when i got the contact of the gm. On calling to him i was being told that the said representative who had come for deal has been terminated.
After full payment when nobody bothered to acknowledge the same. When i contacted the dealership again. They had started demanding rs. 7500/- stating that their sale representative who visited my home has specified the price by rs.7500/- more to dealership. For this claim they have no document but a copy of deal sheet which has sign of all the dealership staff only and price as rs. 7500/-. Over to that the deal sheet signed by them have certain free of cost accessories which are clearly been cut by the dealership later. (Screenshot of the deal sheet is attached to this review).
After this development i was not all interested at going ahead with this deal. I requested to the gm mr. Prasad tiwari to cancel the deal however he only insisted that the car will be given at the cost being commited to me with all the commitments of accessories.
I was later assigned mr. Shahid as rm but he only states for any requirement ie scanned coy of any doc if needed not by himself but only when you call him up. On every call of mine he asked me to explain my case right from the beginning without lending much ears to it.
The delivery of the car was delayed almost by 15 days. When i reached the dealership on the date of delivery i was almost being forced to take away the car without any accessories. When i demanded the signature of their executive mr. Rohit to sign the undertaking which i was being made to sign. He outrightly denied signing it wherein i have specified the missing accessories. At which i have denied taking the delivery then they have almost threatened me to take away the car after making me sign all the documents.
After few days i started getting a call from their qm ms. Rupali gholap whom i have clearly specified about the harassment that i have been through however she had been requesting me not to give any negative feedback without listening to my pleas. After wait of almost 25 days i have raised a complaint with nexa customer care. To which the dealership has never bothered to revert back to me with any resolution.
Experience with paramount wheel pvt. Ltd. (Nexa-mira bhayander) has been pathetic and please do not go with this dealership and spoil your complete experience. I have almost made a deal which costed me rs. 20, 000/- more than the deal from other dealership. And over to this the harassment i suffered. It was almost like i had been made to feel as if i am a cheat and liar.
I would call this dealership a scam being run by their staff which include right from their sales executive, qm, gm etc. They will make any random commitment at the beginning and will start proving you a liar, a cheat and a beggar right after the first cheque of booking amount is being drawn by them.
