Dear Sir,

I am to invite your kind attention to my complaint that I owe a flat No.603 in Tower 18 of Paras Tierea, Sector 137, Express way, Noida. The flat has several problems such as Damaged wooden floring in one of the bed room, improper plastering in the balcony, damps and moisture on the walls and poor colouring and painting. I initially made complaint vide no.2221 and 2222 dated 16.11.2014. The key of the flat was handed over to Mr. Kaushik on the advice of Mr. Rakesh sharma. Mean while I phoned and mailed hundreds of time to all including Mr. Mekin but nothing was done excepting that the wooden floring was removed that too around 4 months back but nothing has been done till today. I deepely regret the way of working of your staff there. I might be in loss of certain bucks but such type of working will severely affect your good will in near future. Hope approaching you will be of some help?
