My account was blocked without any explanation. I have been waiting 24 hours for feedback from the support team, while according to their rules they should respond within two days. I hope for a speedy resolution of this problem I also hope to know the real reason for the blocking.

I don't get answers to my requests to technical support I send emails to the official Parimatch support email box, and I have never received a reply. I have a lot of questions regarding the way of withdrawing my money, regarding verification, as well as regarding the withdrawal of bonuses. I have not received an answer to any of my questions yet. I want to believe that here the support team of the site helps much better than by e-mail.

I don't see many of the games that are written about on the site. Other than that, the online poker tournaments are quite varied and boring. I bet on Indian cricket every week. But last time I had 2 winning bets and 1 losing bet. So I should have been charged for 2 bets. Instead they charged me for 1 losing bet and did not give me money for the winning bets. What's the point of betting on sports if even if I win I don't get my money? 5 days ago I tried to deposit 4000 rupees with RuPay, but I failed. For some reason the payment is constantly rejected, although I entered all the data without errors. I can try to deposit using other methods, but I find it most convenient to use RuPay. I want to get advice from PM support, I want to be able to deposit without any problems.

For example, in the game Gates of Olympus out of 10 bets placed maximum 2 are profitable, the rest are losing bets. In the game Royal Fruits the situation is even sadder. Betting on sports at Parimatch is tedious. Not all sports matches are available on the site. Also, the odds can be very inadequate. To win even a small amount of money - it requires a lot of time and knowledge in sports. But what worries me the most is that the part periodically disappears, as if I did not make this bet. Yesterday I tried to deposit 15, 000 Indian rupees but after depositing I saw only 12, 000 Indian rupees in my balance.
