Changing personal data

Changing personal data on the Parimatch website was not the easiest task. The process was complicated and involved additional checks, which created a lot of problems and difficulties. I spent a considerable amount of time and effort just to update my personal details. I think clearly not up to the level o[censored]sability of the site. Hopefully such problems will be resolved soon....

Technical problems

Frequent technical problems on the Parimatch website are a cause for concern. It has happened more than once that before a key IPL match you wanted to place a bet, but the site just wouldn't open. This is extremely annoying and I hope that the company will solve this problem soon....

I have not been able to withdraw money from my account for over a month now. After receiving a rather large winnings, I was asked to undergo a profile verification procedure, which of course I could not pass, although I provided all the necessary documents that I was asked for. Nobody ever tells me the reason why I can't pass the verification. And without verification I can not withdraw my money, because verification, as I was told by the tech support staff, required by the authorities that are involved in the regulation and licensing of casinos. This is such a vicious circle.

After some difficulties with profile verification, was finally able to submit a withdrawal request and receive my winnings. It was probably all worth it, but I'm glad it's behind me now.

    Payouts on Parimatch can be delayed

    Payouts on Parimatch can be delayed, which is a bit inconvenient. I can't say that it happens all the time, but I have personally encountered this situation. I hope they will improve their internal processes and make payouts more prompt. Earlier, the payout process could take 2 days. But now I have to wait at least 5 days, and it is very frustrating....

    1. I made a withdrawal of 20000 on 23/03/2024 which is not received in Parimatch acc or my bank.
    2. On 25/03/2024 I made a deposit of 23000 which not received in Parimatch acc or my bank.
    3.On 28/03/2024 There was another deposit of 20000 not received in Parimatch acc or my bank.

    They haven't been responsive or taken any steps to address the problem. When I contact customer support, they claim that experts are investigating the issue, but then they abruptly end the chat without any resolution. Additionally, they won't allow me to raise a ticket.       I like that PM site has bonuses for the first deposit, but sometimes activating them proves to be a difficult task. I encountered a situation when the bonus activation did not happen automatically, so I had to contact the support team, but they have not yet given me a clear answer on how I can activate my bonuses.

        What I don't like about PM Casino is that there are very often freezes in the games here. I often play the game Barrel Bonanza, but after maximum 10 minutes the game starts to slow down so much that it becomes impossible to play. Moreover, such unstable game work leads to the fact that I do not have time to realize whether my bet was a winner or a loser. The whole impression of the site at such times is very spoiled. I tried other games, but the situation with freezes does not change.

        Got a couple tips from my ISP on setting up the connection and the result surprised me! Checked all slots, including Barrel Bonanza, and didn't notice anything - everything goes smoothly. Now I can enjoy the game without worrying about losing bets due to internet problems. I recommend everyone to pay attention to the quality of their internet connection - it can make the gaming process much more pleasant!

          Hi. I am not getting a code from SMS when I try to deposit money to my account. I have made many attempts to deposit my account, but each of my attempts only ends with me not being able to get the confirmation code. What am I doing wrong and how do I deposit money into my account? I am sure that I am entering my phone number correctly....

          I can't log in to my account. I remember my account details well, which I used to register on the site. But when I try to log in to my account, I get an error that there is no such username or the password is wrong. I wanted to place some bets on cricket sporting events, but now I can't even log into my account. Now I don't have any desire to place bets on this site.

          Through the feedback form, I described my problem and provided all available information about my account. Within a few hours, I received a response from the support team requesting additional information to verify my identity. I provided the necessary information and within a day I received a new password and the ability to log into my account. Now I can bet on my favorite sporting events again without any problems.

            I opened a betting account about half a year ago and made a deposit of 5000 Indian rupees. I have not used the account since then. Then half a year later, I made a deposit of 20, 000 Indian rupees. When I tried to withdraw the money from the account, they asked for my ID card to verify my details. I uploaded the ID on the Parimatch website. Unfortunately, it was rejected. I then received an email asking me to send a bank statement and also to take selfies of a photo of me holding my ID in my hand. I did everything as requested, but my application was rejected again. I don't understand what I did wrong and why all my applications are being rejected. I need help otherwise I can't withdraw my money.

            At first I couldn't understand why my applications kept getting rejected. Everything looked so confusing to me. My information was not filled out correctly and I just needed to correct the flaws a little bit. After they helped me figure everything out, I was finally able to withdraw my money without any problems! It was pretty challenging for me, but I think I figured out how the process works. I feel much more confident playing online now, although experience is severely lacking, but I'm getting somewhere.

                Parimatch is constantly looking for excuses not to pay me my winnings. In the past, the withdrawal of money was usually 1-2 days. About half a year now I wait at least 3-4 days to get my winnings. I'm starting to think about looking for another gaming service and not having these withdrawal problems.

Surprisingly, they showed understanding and promised to speed up the processing of my payments. Looks like my efforts were not in vain because things are going much smoother now.                   Why my account was blocked with the reason that I was using automated betting programs. I do not use any programs for this purpose, I always make bets myself and do not involve even the help of my friends, who know sports much better than me. Therefore, I demand that my account be unblocked as soon as possible. I consider myself a very big player who brought you a lot of profit. Now you have lost a decent player like me. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't give me back all my money!

                  I was initially surprised when I was informed that my account was blocked due to the use of betting automation programs. But I was firm in my convictions: I never resorted to such programs. I insisted on unblocking my account and got my gambling site back.

                      Why can't I register multiple accounts on the Parimatch website? It is really convenient for me to use two accounts. From one account I bet on sporting events and from the second account I play Sweet Bonanza. Right now I have no accounts, no money, and no way to bet. The support staff is deaf and dumb, I don't want to talk to them at all. Somebody help me already.

                        It was a long time coming, but it was resolved. There was a technical glitch with the first account, and you can't create a second account according to the rules. What was I supposed to do? Anyway, the first one was blocked, the second one was deleted. I had to promise that if it happens again, I will wait for a response and not create several accounts.

                          I tried to deposit 15, 000 rupees on my gaming profile to get an additional bonus for my first deposit. As a result, there is no money in my account and the bonuses have not been credited either. Tech support is busy and can't give me an answer. I have been waiting for 3 hours, but the account balance still does not change. I don't know what to do now.

                          After futile attempts to contact support, I realized that the problem was with the bank. I contacted them and requested confirmation of the transaction. It turned out that the funds were frozen due to security measures. After explanations, the bank unblocked the amount and everything was automatically credited. Now the account has been replenished.

                            Hi. From time to time I bet on cricket, I especially like Indian Premier League matches. I used to get additional bonuses (up to 20% of the amount of winning bets), but now such bonuses are too rare. I lose interest in cooperating with Parimatch, because this casino does not motivate its players to make more bets. Why do other casinos give their players a lot of bonuses, but PM does not?                             Just contacted their support via online chat and shared my comments. They promised to pass my comments to the relevant departments, it seems to have worked! Now the bonuses have become more frequent and my interest in Parimatch has returned.
