I have applied online for driving license renewal and address change at Kolkata ( L.A. KASBA - WB05) on 07Oct23 and Application number is [protected]. Neither there is any further update on this till 21Nov23 on the portal nor there is any other communication from the RTO. The status right from 07th Oct - "Application is under processing at RTO Level." Please help so that I can get the renewed license with proper address.
