I strongly advise against purchasing a membership from this company. Despite sending a reservation request 90 days in advance, they have informed me that they will only update the booking details in the first week of March, and even then, it is subject to availability. They have failed to provide any confirmation regarding my reservation in March. Furthermore, their promised best service and facilities before membership have proven to be false, as their sales manager, Mr. Viraj, and sales executive, Ms. Vandana, have stopped answering my calls and avoiding any communication with me. During a promotion, they had promised to provide 6 flight tickets, but their welcome letter they mentioned only 03 tickets. Additionally, the sales team had assured me that local sightseeing and airport pick-up/drop-off were included in the offer, but their office has denied providing these services unless I pay additional charges. I have repeatedly asked Mr. Viraj to inform the office and arrange a revised offer letter, but even after 10 days, he has been unable to resolve my query. They have shown a complete lack of responsiveness and have failed to provide any booking assistance. I urge you not to purchase from them.
