Hi i have purchased parle gi biscuit some days before but they have not meet my expectations when i opened biscuit packet in front of my guest my god most of are broken that time my situation was really embarrassing. I am a regular customer of parle gi but after this insidence i think i will not buy any more.parle gi is a very good brand we are not expecting this tipe of mistake from parle gi. I am using your buscits and candies very regularly they are very tasty but this type of insistence will broke our heart like your broken buiscits which i habe purchased so this is my humble request to you people kindly maintane your service and pamper your customer so that they will feel like member of parle gi and respect your market image. I’ve been fond of ParleG since childhood. The taste and the signature essence I can still feel in my mind. But with time it has change a lot. The biscuits have lost their taste and typical flavour. They are also very dry and hard now, rather than being soft yet crisp. My most recent purchase of the biscuits have been extremely disappointing. Please bring the original recipe back.
