[Resolved] Parle — not getting the 50% cashback offer of hide and seek.

The code printed on the packet was clear i had entered the same on the paytm mall link by scanning the qr code but, a message came that the code for cashback offer has been used once. This same thing has happened 4 times (1 ₹50, 2 ₹30, 1 ₹25 packs ofhide and seek). The last day for redeeming the code is 20/01/18 as printed in the pack and the offer's not expired. I want the cashback of paytm according to the offer.. Is this the way the company misleads a customer??. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I brought hide and seek pack of 50₹ and i have not found any promo code of paytm for 25 rupees.this is cheating by your company.solve the issue

Actually we bought a krack jak biscuit packet in that one pack is containing 13 biscuits and the other is haveing only 11 biscuits.

I bought a hide and seek pack with offer of 15 rs cashback. found qr code but could tha mall app was unable to scan it. kudos to u paytm for making a fool of people and scamming them
