Parryware — Very bad product and customer support from Parryware.

I am Sibiraj PR, I had purchased Parryware bath fittings and kitchen fittings 3 year back. Same time I purchased some Omco products and some local items. Now the Parryware products getting damaged one by one, still no issues for Omco products and local items. I have contacted their customer case (Complaint No: CTN45002, CTN47001) since it has 7 year guarantee. Very bad experience from them, its one month completed after my complaint registration. Daily I am calling to the Customer support and the Local service centre, always saying will send a technician tomorrow. But no one attended my complaint yet and facing bad behaviour from the Local service centre now, taking phone and dropping before hearing my words. I suggest to all, please don't go for Parryware items.
