Dear sir I have purchased galaxy grand neo plus in April 2015 from mobile house . In hand set camera failed . Ring volume low . Touch screen not working. At hoshiarpur service centre it was assured that hand set will be ok after software change. But alas. Same thing happened at jalandhar service centre.they returned my phone same after three days without rectify. PEople are very annoyed from jalandhar centre services.
