Passport Office Hyderabad — Worst behaviour and worst document checking in begumpet passport employees in b and c block

Hi, My name Samba, I filled my renual passport application online and scheduled the appointment, As per the specified documents(1 identity proof passport + 1 address proof Indian gas bill), I went to begumpet PSK, but they asked me one more address proof that is Adhar card. they rejected me. again I went to PSK as per reshedule with adhar card, this time they are asking valid adhar card pdf file downloaded from adhar web site. Again rejected. 2 address proofs required for applying passport? and their behaviour is worst, why your keeping these old guys in the PSK, they don't have patiency to speak with applicants. So many illiterate people are coming for applying for passport and they are rejecting 4 to 5 times with silly reasons. please don't torture people like this, and for applying passport they rejecting so many times with silly reasons, they are wasting valuable time of all people. we are coming PSK as per documents listed online. please specify clearly which documents required. and take young dynamic employees for this kind of work please do nesessary actions on that employees and save our valuable time.
