Passport Office Kolkata — I have mot received my speed post parcel from 3 days

My track id no.(PP[protected]IN) its stucked at Kolkata RMS Mails TMO. Its showing dispatched on 11/09/22 but no update afterwards. how much time it will take to deliver to my nearest post office and solve my problem as soon as possible its urgent.
