Passport Office Kolkata — passport returned undelivered

With due respect to your kind attention, i'd like to inform you that on 3RD 2019 I've received a massage from the passport massenger, that my passport is dispatched .Till 11/07/2019 I have not received that passport, nor any contact from post office.0n 10.07.2019, I have received a message from passport seva that my passport is returned undelivered.
I, therefore, request you to please dispatch my passport from your side. I will be thankfull to you.
