Passport Office Mumbai — OCI generation taking too much long time

For last few days i was trying to reach fro office in mumbai by calling there continuously, but till now haven't got any response.
I would like to enquire about the status of my wife's oci card application. we submitted documents at office in mumbai on the 3rd may and to the date more than 3.5 months have already passed. could you, please, provide us some relevant information?
