[Resolved]  Passportindia.gov.in — Site not working

The website passportindia.gov.in is not working. Can government of India stress on the company who created the website (TCS) to give better quality product? Can GOI hire better people who can take the delievered product after proper testing. Can GOI come up with better contracts with their vendors to provide better quality to their consumers. I am sure the vendor company would not provide similar quality products to foreign clients. Its time GOI start demanding quality as the people of india demand the same.
