Passport Seva Kendra — Did not allow relative to go with a senior citizen

The psk at andheri marol did not allow me to go with my relative inside psk being a senior citizen creating nuisance and diffculty for us.. As she did not understand anything and her children were out of the country.. This is totally unacceptable.. Creating inconvenience to citizens. It is clearly mentioned a relative is allowed with the senior citizen

I have finished my police verification.I got the email that your passport was dispatched and it would reach you within three days. It has been more than one month. But still, I didn't get my passport. I called superintendent of police and they suggested to call RPO. I called RPO but they never did respond. My passport no is MA[protected]
