As per my request on 24th may'18for servicing of air condition, the service engineer (Asif ahmed - mobile no.[protected] visited my home and servicing the air - condition and filling of gas in air condition and charged rs.2490 and also give full season guarantee by issuing cover note under the letterhead o[censored]rban clap. But immediately after two days the cooling problem started in
Air condition and as per my various requested and reminder the engineering is not responding to my calls, on the basis of above issue, this is my bad experience of my life and i believe that urban clap hired such un - professional person who do not care the repudiation o[censored]rban clap. I have also been trying to contract the customer care number [protected] which is also not responding
