Dear Sir,
It is really shocking to note that orderme customer care is making fool to customer by doing formalities of services and not making any tangible solution. Orderme and Swadeshi Samridhi Card(SSC) both apps are working under one umbrella of Patanjali but they do not coordinate with each other viz. at one hand they inform that refund has been made on 28/05/2021 in you SSC account on the other hand SSC informs that no money has been transferred in your account by orderme. Hence takeup with orderme.
In this precarious situation when my hard earned money is blocked by you for about two months, what action should I take you may kindly suggest.
