Patanjali Ayurved — No confirmation mail or message

I had booked items from patanjali at 10 am on today morning and i had booked that items as a guest login. The payment is made by me from internet banking, the money is deducted from my account but no confirmation mail or message is sent by patanjali. So how can i know that my items are booked and my money is safe and i get that products.

Updated by amittransys I had booked items today at 10 am from patanjali by online method and amount had been deducted from my account and no confirmation mail or message had been sent from patanjali. So how can i know about my products purchased. I had logged in patanjali as guest customer to buy products.
