Dear Sir:

On Oct 7 I placed an order on line vide order no 18504.

The order has not been delivered so far and their is no intimation about status of delivery despite several e-mail reminders.

The customer care numbers are not responding.

The payment has been debited from my account.

Will somebody help to resolve?

Updated by vishnur795 My on line order no 18504 dated 07 Oct 2016 has not been delivered so far.

Customer care is not responding, nor there is any response to my e-mail reminders.

Please let me know status of dispatch.

Dear sir,

I have placed an order (order ID: 19337) of Rs 360 on 10/10/16, Cheque/Ref no[protected] from patanjaliayurved.net website. Since then I have not received any response from them, my order details are not updated in the site, and I can't track the order either. Kindly look into this matter and provide a resolution asap.
