[Resolved] Patanjali Ayurved — Refund amount in Patanjali Samriddhi card | |
I ordered items through your OrderMe app on 18.06.2021 order no.1108700 in which one product (oil combo) was not according to my order.Upon complaining about it to your customer care, they told me that I will get a refund of Rs.310 in my patanjali card. After many calls till date (2 months)i didn't get the refund.Today also I recharged my Samriddhi card online with Rs.1000 .The money gas been deducted by my bank account but no recharge gas been done They have told me wait for 24 hrs.God knows I will get the money or not. Jul 31, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I got my refund though very late ( almost after 2 months) but i got refunded. Besides the recharge amount got credited to my card within 24 hours.My problem is resolved. Patanjali Ayurved customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
