Good Day,
My consumer no is 706. As of now, my father was passed away so i have changed the name to my mother name. I have submitted all photocopy and original document to the agencies on 29/07/2020.
After one month, i asked them again regarding this update. They said that they will call to the given mobile no in the document . Still same reason given by them. They taking more than five month to change the name change issues. its not fair for them
Kindly do the needful.
