Pavers England — Refund not received order no PE1918250

This is with regards to my order no PE1918250 purchased on 12th Dec . I have returned the order via blue dart on the 15th Dec through your return option and there is no sign of the refund, I have written several emails to [protected]@paversengland.com and I only get a hold response... am very frustrated with your horrible service. I want my refund and am not going to wait any longer .

Could you please check and confirm on the status . I have written so many email to your customer care email add but no response other than a hold response and totally frustrated now and want my money back Appreciate a response.
