[Resolved]  Pay TM — balance deducted but recharge not successful and also not got refund

Dear Friends After 2 years i have also problem with Pay TM .com On the date of 23 oct 2013 i was make a online recharge of my videocon Mobile No. [protected] with Rs. 17 and the Order No. was #[protected] after making the payment i receive a massage that transaction is complete but i was not receive any amount in Mobile Balance . for that i make a complaint by mail to the company ( i was shocked that same time i was trying 2 times, on first they refund the money after that i try again but still no money refunded ) . So please be aware from this type of Fraud Company .or the services of this company is too slow and poor quality, i had make 100 times recharge from this site but there have no records of my recharges, Dinesh Kumar [protected] [protected] #[protected]
