Payback Bazaar — Amount debited from credit card, credited to paybackbazaar wallet but not credited to tata sky account

I took place a recharge for Tata Sky DTH on 8th Nov 2016 for Rs 699.
I add money to Payback Bazaar wallet by My Credit Card.
Amount Deducted from my Credit Card and Credited to Payback Bazaar Wallet.
From Credited Amount I recharged for Tata Sky DTH.
Amount Deducted from my Payback Bazaar Wallet but not credited to Tata sky Account.
I called to Customer Care number, It was Busy, I message as well as mailed them but they didn't respond.
