Paybackbazaar — Amount debited but transaction failed

Sir,
I've paid my airtel postpaid bill through www.paybackbazar.com website amounting Rs. 2, 347/- around 4 months ago. They are not responding to my mails. As per the refund policy of the website, the amount should be credited to my account within 10 days of transaction but till now it didnt happen. Following are the invoice details i found in my profile.

I even sent several mails to PAYZIPPY but didnt get any reply
