Paybackbazaar.com — Money Debited on online bill payment

Dear Sir, Complain Detail : . I have initiated a transaction of Rs 1666/- to pay my Mobile postpaid bill No [protected] by a merchant paybackbazaar.com on 25th June 2015. The transaction was initiated by CC Avenue. At the time of transaction money was debited from account but my bill was not paid. So here I requesting you to help me to credit the amount in my account. I am following on the same with merchant, With my Bank ICICI both. But no one have given any positive feedback from their side. Yesterday only i got a voucher of Rs 1149 by the merchant to pay my bill, but the given voucher by them is fake/Invalid. I am following with them for last more than 2 months from now.
