Paying Guest — Unethical behaviour of pg owner and denial of returning the deposit

The om sai balaji pg located in btm 2nd stage, opp to swadista hotel is very pathetic. The incharge, mr. Ramu ([protected]) doesnt know to behave with girls and regarding the deposit, he gives so many reasons to avoid returning it. As per the rule, i had informed the pg authorities 30days before vacating the pg.Inspite of that, the ower mr. Ramu gave reasons that he is busy attending his brother's wedding in native and will return the money once back to bangalore. Its been a month that i vacated the pg and still that is giving reasons for not returning deposit.
I request the concerned team to help me out regarding this.
