[Resolved] Paynimo — Payment Debited from Account but Transaction Not completed | |||||
Date - 12-Sep-16 time around 11 a.m., Dear Paynimo Team, I am Pranav M. Shah. I had paid the money for Sheth Sri Raghunath Das Parihar Inn for the amount Rs. 1680/- through ICICI Debit VISA Card. Payment amount was debited from my account, however while redirecting to www.srpinn.com website of Raghunath DAs Parihar Inn, I got the error related to Checksum failure. Though payment was debited from my account, I didn't receive the confirmation for Room booking as it was failed. I request you to refund my amount - Rs. 1680/- or help me with the room booking for which I have paid the amount. You can reach me on [protected]. Sep 12, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved My complain is yet not resolved. Neither Paynimo has called me nor it has resolved my complain. Money was debited from my account, but hotel booking was not done. and I have not even received the refund or paynimo's confirmation for it. | |||||
