Paytm — 100/. fraud with my paytm wallet | |||
Dear paytm team, I have an paytm account with user id is [protected]@gmail.com. in my account 150 wallet balance, yesterday i got a msg that someone recharge prepaid mobile recharge [protected] from my wallet balance.Order no.is [protected] My wallet balance 100rs cut.How is that occour? I want proper explanation regarding this otherwise i will do FIR against Paytm. I am not getting proper responce from yor side. PayTM is simply cheating customers by deducting money from their wallet and saying that transaction has been done from user end.
I have lost 750 rs and all PayTM is reply is to change my password.
Following fraud orders has been placed from my account without my permission and without login in to my account because i did not received any OTP verification code. This simply means eaither PayTM is being hacked again and again OR someone from inside PayTM is doing these frauds:
