- I had raised a support ticket with PayTM (Ticket #[protected]: RCtkt - Others), requesting for reseting my Mobile number as it has been deactivated, and changing it to my new mobile number.
For the past 17 days I had been told that it is not is company policy to change my mobile number. I was not given a proper resolution to recover my account.
I had even requested to deactivate my account, so that I can create a new account with my existing mail id.
The resolution PayTM has provided, was to open a new account, with a new mail id.
I have existing balance on my PayTM wallet, which I have to forgo because of this.
- Desired Resolution - Provide option to change my old phone number to my new number, as the OTP is being sent to my old phone number which is deactivated. Was this information helpful? |
