Paytm — amount deducted but order not placed and not refund

I have ordered ( order no the order from a paytm mobile app on 18/06/2015 and selected the netbanking option while paying the money Rs.599/-(422rs from bank account + 177rs from paytm wallet) The Amount was debited from my account but the order failed and money is not refunded to my Account. What to do. It's been 5 days now. No action taken to refund my amount. I have attached some pictures of my savings bank account orders which shows the amount was debited from my account. So please look into this matter and initiate the immediate refund of 422/- (177rs already credit in my paytm wallet)to my account. Thanks and Regards, wasim akram...
