I have tried to add money using my rupay card on 11th Mar 2016. Due to some reason the transaction was failure. The amount was deducted from my account. When I contacted Paytm through email. I was asked to send the bank statement. After sending the bank statement, they replied that the amount was refunded and they have given some ARN number and asked me to contact the bank. When I contacted the branch, they could not confirm such transaction. When I wrote back to Paytm, they have refunded to SBI but I made the transaction from my SBH account. I raised this issue to Paytm, but there was no reply about the status of the amount.It is already more than a month and it is real frustration from Paytm. I need to run between the bank and the Paytm but I yet to get my money back. My registered mobile number is [protected].
